Product ZC6202 is a brand product of the company. Its chemical name is polyether polyurethane acrylate. It is a colorless or yellowish transparent liquid with good flexibility and adhesion. It is mainly used for paper, plastic coating and wood adhesion primer. Aromatic polyurethane acrylate
Add polyether (polyester) diol and polymerization inhibitor into a four port flask equipped with stirring machine, thermometer and condenser tube, stir evenly, then add TDI, raise the temperature to 70-80 ℃ for reaction for 1.5 hours, detect the NCO value, then add hydroxyethyl acrylate (hydroxypropyl acrylate), add catalyst, continue the reaction for 3 hours, and detect that the NCO value is equal to 0. The viscosity of aromatic polyurethane acrylate was measured by sampling, and the performance of aromatic polyurethane acrylate was tested by adding 3% – 4% photoinitiato.Please keep cool or dry place, and avoid sun and heat;Storage temperature does not exceed 40 ºC, storage conditions under normal conditions for at least 6 months.
