Product Description
ZC8801 is a kind of high molecular polymer, which contains more than two epoxy groups. It is a bisphenol A epoxy acrylate, also known as photosensitive curing modified epoxy resin. They can cross link with various types of curing agents to form insoluble and non melting polymers with three-dimensional network structure. They have excellent insulation properties , mechanical properties and chemical stability. They are used in the fields of adhesives, coatings and so on. Epoxy resin has hydroxyl group and epoxy group, which can react with isocyanate. Epoxy resin is directly added into the hydroxyl containing component of polyurethane adhesive as polyol. In this method, only hydroxyl participates in the reaction, and epoxy group fails to react.
Its technical index: viscosity is 20000-48000mpa S / 25 ℃, acid value < 5 (mg KOH / g), functionality 2 (theoretical value), appearance is water white or yellowish transparent liquid; This product has the advantages of fast curing speed, wear resistance, scratch resistance, no trace after multiple scratches, high reaction activity and so on. It is widely used in light curing ink, wood, furniture, floor coating, paper coating, plastic coating, optical fiber coating, metal coating and adhesive. The cured epoxy resin has good physical and chemical properties. It has excellent bonding strength to the surface of metal and non-metallic materials, good dielectric properties, small variable shrinkage, good dimensional stability of products, high hardness, good flexibility and stability to alkali and most solvents. Zc8801 features: easy curing, strong adhesion, low shrinkage, chemical stability and mold resistance. It is a water white or yellowish viscous transparent liquid with good reactivity, fast curing speed, hard curing film and good pigment wettability. It is a benzene free substance and meets the requirements of VOC limit index of cigarette pack. It is mainly used for inks, coatings and adhesives with strict VOC content restrictions.
