Acrylate monomer: m221
The chemical name of m221 is phosphate acrylate. It is a light yellow transparent liquid with good adhesion and flame retardancy to plastic and metal substrates. It is recommended to be used in anti welding ink, metal, wood and plastic, vacuum electroplating coating and other fields.
Phosphate ester is mainly used as flame retardant plasticizer for PVC resin and various plastics, synthetic rubber and polymer materials. Phosphate ester plastic processing aids have good compatibility with polyvinyl chloride, acetic acid, nitrocellulose, polystyrene, polyethylene and other polyolefin resins and synthetic rubber. They are multifunctional processing aids with excellent plasticization, flame retardancy, wear resistance and antibacterial properties. Halogen containing phosphates are generally used as flame retardants, while aromatic phosphates, aliphatic phosphates or aromatic aliphatic phosphates are used as flame retardant plasticizers.
Function as flame retardant: the flame retardant function of phosphorus flame retardant is to hinder the supply of fuel to the flame, reduce the cracking speed of polymer and catalyze the crosslinking reaction of polymer, so as to promote the carbonization of polymer and increase the amount of combustion residue. When phosphorus flame retardants are used together with certain nitrogen compounds, the flame retardancy is greater than the sum of the two flame retardants alone, which is the so-called phosphorus nitrogen synergistic effect.
