Product Description

ZC8702 is formed by polymerization of amino monomer and acrylic monomer. It is an active ammonia with an ammonia smell. NH ₃ is used to make ammonia, liquid ammonia, nitrogen fertilizer (urea, ammonium bicarbonate, etc.), HNO ₃, ammonium salt and soda ash. It is widely used in chemical industry, light industry, chemical fertilizer, pharmacy, synthetic fiber, plastic, dye, refrigerant, etc.

Its technical index: viscosity is 10000-26000mpa S / 25 ℃, acid value < 5 (NCO%), functionality 2 (theoretical value), color number: 4# (Gardner); This product has the advantages of good flexibility, good pigment wettability, excellent adhesion, low viscosity, light color, high ammonia content, higher catalytic efficiency, low odor and constant red. It is widely used in light curing ink, wood furniture, floor coating, paper coating, plastic coating, vacuum spraying, metal coating, offset printing ink and silk screen printing ink. Ammonia can reduce the viscosity of water-based ink and adjust the pH value of water-based ink, which is equivalent to the stabilizer in water-based ink. Four amine co initiators with different structures were synthesized by Michael addition reaction between fatty amines with different structures and trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA). The photopolymerization activity of benzophenone (BP) / tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) / amine co initiator was studied by real-time infrared spectroscopy. The yellowing properties of BP / amine co initiator under UV radiation were studied by UV spectrophotometer. The results show that the light reaction rate decreases with the increase of molecular chain length and hydroxyl content of amine co initiators, but their final conversion of double bonds is almost the same; The co initiator with tertiary amine structure has high yellowing degree and strong yellowing tendency in the process of light curing; With the increase of hydroxyl content in molecular structure. Yellowing tendency also increased.

Product 8860T is a standard bisphenol A epoxy acrylate. It is a water white or yellowish viscous transparent liquid with good reactivity, fast curing speed, hard curing film and good pigment wettability. It is a benzene free substance and meets the requirements of VOC limit index of cigarette pack. It is mainly used for inks, coatings and adhesives with strict VOC content restrictions.
