Product Description
The chemical name of product ZC8605 is polyester acrylate. It is a kind of yellowish transparent liquid. Its customers are mainly used in nail varnish and color glue. Its wettability effect is the best product in the company’s resin system. It has leveling flexibility, good yellowing resistance and fast curing. It is mainly used in ink, wood, paper, plastic coating and vacuum electroplating finish, It can also be used in white paint system.Polyester acrylic resin，Add anhydride, acrylic acid, polymerization inhibitor and catalyst into a four port flask equipped with stirring machine, thermometer and condenser tube, stir evenly, raise the temperature to 110 ℃, react for 5-6 hours, and detect the acid value until the acid value is less than 5. The viscosity of polyester acrylic resin was measured by sampling, and the performance of polyester acrylic resin was tested by adding 3% – 4% photoinitiator.
Polyester acrylic UV resin with excellent properties was synthesized by hydroxyl terminated polyester and acrylic acid under appropriate conditions Water is produced during the reaction of polyester (double ended hydroxyl) with acrylic acid, which determines that the synthesis process is different from that of other UV resins The effects of temperature, azeotropic solvent and catalyst on the properties of polyester resin and polyester acrylic UV resin were discussed The conclusions are as follows: the synthesis of polyester is carried out at 180 ℃, xylene is azeotropic solvent and H3PO4 is catalyst; The synthesis of polyester acrylic UV resin was carried out at 110-120 ℃, toluene as azeotropic solvent and p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst The role of polymerization inhibitor in the synthesis of UV resin was discussed
Storage Conditions
