Product ZC8601 is a kind of polyester resin. It is the star product of the company. It is a yellowish transparent liquid. It has the characteristics of yellowing resistance, fast curing and good flexibility. It is mainly used in the fields of ink, wood, laser roller, plastic coating, white or matte system and so on.

ZC8601 is a polymer obtained by polycondensation of polyols and polyacid. It generally refers to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), also known as polyester acrylate. Polyester, a general term for polymers obtained by polycondensation of polyols and polyacid. It mainly refers to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and conventionally also includes linear thermoplastic resins such as polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyarylate. It is a kind of engineering plastics with excellent performance and wide application. It can also be made into polyester fiber and polyester film. Polyester includes polyester resin and polyester elastomer. Polyester resin also includes polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)) and polyarylene terephthalate (PAR). Polyester elastomer (TPEE) is generally polymerized by dimethyl terephthalate, 1,4-butanediol and polybutanol. The chain segment includes hard segment and soft segment, which is a thermoplastic elastomer. Zc8601 is polyethylene terephthalate (PET) produced by polycondensation of terephthalic acid (PTA) and ethylene glycol (eg), and some pet is finally formed by underwater granulation.

Its technical index: viscosity is 600-1200mpa S / 25 ℃, acid value < 5 (mg KOH / g), functionality 2.5 (theoretical value), color is yellowish transparent liquid; This product has the advantages of fast curing speed, good yellowing resistance, high reaction activity, good flexibility and low viscosity. It is widely used in light curing ink, wood furniture, floor coating, paper coating, plastic coating, vacuum spraying, metal coating and other fields.
