Product ZC6202 is a brand product of the company. Its chemical name is polyether polyurethane acrylate. It is a colorless or yellowish transparent liquid with good flexibility and adhesion. It is mainly used for paper, plastic coating and wood adhesion primer. Aromatic polyurethane acrylate
Add polyether (polyester) diol and polymerization inhibitor into a four port flask equipped with stirring machine, thermometer and condenser tube, stir evenly, then add TDI, raise the temperature to 70-80 ℃ for reaction for 1.5 hours, detect the NCO value, then add hydroxyethyl acrylate (hydroxypropyl acrylate), add catalyst, continue the reaction for 3 hours, and detect that the NCO value is equal to 0. The viscosity of aromatic polyurethane acrylate was measured by sampling, and the performance of aromatic polyurethane acrylate was tested by adding 3% – 4% photoinitiato.Please keep cool or dry place, and avoid sun and heat;Storage temperature does not exceed 40 ºC, storage conditions under normal conditions for at least 6 months.
Initiated with polyethylene glycol (PEG, MW 1000) ε- Caprolactone（ ε- The soft segment of polyether ester block copolymer diol (pCEC) was prepared by ring opening, reacted with diisocyanate (toluene diisocyanate or diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and then cured to obtain polyether ester polyurethane acrylate material (PUA) The composition and structure of PUA were characterized The results show that increasing PCL segment can improve the crystallinity of PUA material, but reduce the water absorption and degradation rate The enzymatic hydrolysis rate of PUA was higher than that of PUA Pcec2000-tdi material has excellent hydrophilicity and degradation performance. The water absorption is as high as 65.24% in 72 hours and can be completely degraded in enzyme solution within 11 weeks This kind of PUA material has the potential to be used in tissue engineering materials.
