Product Description
ZC6523 is a trifunctional polyurethane acrylate synthesized by polymerization of polyester polyol, aromatic isocyanate curing agent and hydroxyethyl acrylate, also known as photosensitive curing resin. Its technical index: viscosity is 5000-6000mpa S / 25 ℃, acid value < 0.5 (NCO%), functionality 3 (theoretical value), color number: 1# (Gardner); This product has the advantages of good flexibility, wear resistance, scratch resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, high reaction activity and so on. It is widely used in the fields of light curing ink, wood furniture, floor coating, paper coating, plastic coating, optical fiber coating, metal coating and adhesive.
UV resin needs a light curing coating made by adding active diluent, photoinitiator, additives, pigments and fillers, and a new type of curing coating can be formed by further UV irradiation. Its coating methods include roller coating, drenching coating, spraying, drip coating and other processes. The advantages of this coating are environmental protection, fast construction (Note: it is not limited by weather, temperature and humidity conditions), and labor saving, The products produced have excellent performance and so on.
The molecule of polyurethane acrylate (PUA) contains acrylic functional groups and carbamate bonds. The cured adhesive has the high wear resistance, adhesion, flexibility, high peel strength, excellent low temperature resistance of polyurethane and the excellent optical properties and weather resistance of polyacrylate. It is a radiation curing material with excellent comprehensive properties. PUA has become a very important class of oligomers in the field of waterproof coatings. Due to the excellent performance of PUA resin, the research on PUA is also increasing. Polyurethane acrylate is also gradually copolymerized with other types of resins to form hybrid system and developed into aqueous system.
